2. Description of Service

Bureau is a human resource management platform that provides employee management, time-off tracking, organizational structure management, workflow automation, and related HR services. Access is provided to organizations and their authorized employees.

3. Account and Access

• Access to Bureau is granted through your organization. You sign in using Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access Bureau.
• Your organization's administrator manages user accounts, roles, and permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or system components.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Share your access credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to use your account.

5. Data and Content

• Your organization retains ownership of all data entered into Bureau.
• We process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not claim ownership over any content uploaded or entered by users.

6. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brights Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Termination

Your organization may terminate access to Bureau at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your organization may request export of its data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the platform.
